Whether you're hauling water by hand, wrestling with trash, or waiting on feed that never seems to arrive on time, we've got you covered. We bring the essentials right to your homestead so you can spend less time running errands and more time doing what matters.

📍 How Trip Cost Works
All services include a trip cost based on your one-way distance from St. Johns, AZ 85936:

| 46–60 miles | $80 |
Trip cost is added to your service or materials cost at checkout.
🛀 Water Hauling
Fresh, clean water delivered straight to your tank. $45 per IBC tote (275 gal) + trip cost. Because water is life, and your time is precious.
🗑️ Trash Pickup
Living off-grid doesn’t mean living with a pile of trash. $25 flat fee for up to 5 bags per week + trip cost.
🌾 Feed Delivered to Your Door
Hay, grain, chicken feed, livestock pellets — whatever your animals need, right to your gate. Trip cost + cost of feed. No more last-minute runs to town.
🚜 Tractor Work & Labor
Land clearing, tractor work, and equipment-based services. Trip cost + labor & equipment — quoted per job. We’ll give you an estimate before we head out.
🏗️ Materials & Errand Runs
Need lumber, hardware, or supplies from Home Depot or another store? We’ll pick it up and deliver it. $1 per mile (round trip) + cost of materials.
- You prepay an estimated materials cost on our website.
- We pick up your order and deliver it to your property.
- If the total is less than estimated, we refund the difference.
- If the total is more, we contact you for authorization before checking out — or charge your card as an à la carte charge with the store name in the memo.
- If payment doesn’t go through, we don’t purchase the materials. Simple as that.

Need a ride to town for a doctor’s appointment, errands, or just a break from the homestead? Reliable, friendly transportation — no rideshare app required.
